ok maybe your sight of being healthy and fit is different then mine I guess. You cannot be fat/overweight, health and fit. Unless you have some medical issue.
I bit of extra weight there and there isn't bad either, I actually don't mind it, nor is a tad skinner than normal, but my preference is a healthy/fit lady probably medium weight. I have dated girls from both extremes but they still looked after them selves.
I have seen several overweight people come to play football and always loose bulk weight and maybe even lighter than me after several months training, bc they put the hard work in over time. 2 years of solid training will change their body and metabolic rate and should stay like that for sometime as well. I know most people don't want to train this hard, but it doesn't hurt to go for either a walk, ride or swim every couple of days.
There are many skinny people out there, I would be hell skinny if I didn't go to the gym and I still class as myself a bit to skinny to play football, But I'm putting in the time and effort into training. I eat every 3 hours, the right amount of protein and carbs to be healthy and make sure I do not start using my protein/muscle stores for energy.
When I say fat, I do not mean a little bit of a gut or extra weight around hips, in the medical world that would probably still be classed as healthy. I am referring to people that just let them selfs go to the extreme of both cases or being very overweight and very skinny. Not saying it's a bad thing, but I personally think it is important to have someone in my life who is a bit healthy and at least won't die on me. There can be people who are built large, but that doesn't mean their fat or overweight. Fat and overweight is FAT and OVERWEIGHT, not that their built larger. Any one can be fat or over weight! light built ppl and large built ppl. It just a bit easier for large built ppl to look overweight. A little bit of fat isn't bad. I am talking way overweight here!!
At the end of the day, I think it is important that someone is healthy. I cannot say what weight for what height is healthy. There a chart I think that tells you if you are in a healthy weight range for your height I think. But my view on being healthy is someone who at least looks after their body. I am not going to reject a lady because they just look over weight or hell skinny. I will reject them if their fuced in the head and talk shit.
I am not saying I want a girl to be perfect, dam I am no where near perfect, but I am working to be more healthier for the upcoming football season.
I would prefer someone who at least tries to be healthy and fit a little. A bit of flab there and there isn't bad, but I would prefer her to do some sit ups occasionally or a bike ride or run with me or if they want to be on top thats ok by me

. BUT all in all I wont go out with a girl cause of her shape, size or weight. I will choose a girl that has the brains and likes to have fun (even if thats to get maggot on the weekends)
